Vision plans are becoming increasingly more popular with many employees.  Coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames, and even corrective surgery are desired by most employees.
Vision plans are available down to 2 life groups.  Sirius will customize the plan to meet your needs.  Most vision plans offer a basic level of coverage as follows:

Vision can be included with dental or stand on its own.

Rates are normally presented in four tiers based on family status.

Coverage is available for groups of 2 or more employees.
