Sirius recognizes the financial challenges of all businesses, whether it’s sales, competition and certainly benefits expenses. The reality though is that employers need an excellent benefit package to recruit and maintain employees. It’s also no secret that medical expenses are generally not going down. If they do, it’s most likely as a result of switching to some form of high deductible health plan.

How can Sirius help? Our portfolio of products is geared towards supplementing your current benefits with employee-paid benefits. Even though we may offer 10 different voluntary plans, there are probably not more than two or three that are right for your employees when we start. Someone discussing 5 products with your employees is not efficient. First, it takes time away from their job. Secondly, they may not be able to truly afford that many deductions. And lastly, if they are placed under financial hardship, they may look for a different job. This is not the “win-win” we strive for.

Depending on product choices, enrollments may be in a group format or one on one. We tailor this based on product.

Employers may payroll deduct or utilize Sirius’ ACH product where employees are billed as a group but their premiums are remitted automatically through their checking accounts.
